The hotel room was spacious with a huge bed, clean, and had good quality bedding, although it could benefit from modernization. The breakfast was average, but the food overall was excellent, and the staff, especially Lisa and Maureen, were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is stunning, and after attending a function, I found it lightyears better. Not sure why we were put in the dated room to begin with, but overall, it was a great stay.
The hotel rooms were upgraded to a very high standard with modern decor, but they were extremely warm, uncomfortable, and noisy. The service was accommodating and mostly very helpful, although some staff seemed distracted. The location was convenient with good parking but noisy at times. The dining experience was good overall, with a nice selection of food, despite some disturbance from outside. The hotel had some facilities to offer. Prices seemed reasonable based on the overall experience.
